December Already

• The Scotsman offered access to their newspapers from about 1820 ... for free till the 7th Dec. I found records of Agricutural Shows where the McLeans (William and James) were winning prizes for Clydesdale horses, cattle. Unfortunately we have to pay for access now!
• Down next weekend to see the girls perform in their show and have dinner in Manchester with Anne-Marie's mum and others.
• New neighbours have moved in (up-stairs), a Swiss (former physics/maths teacher now a Social Worker in Dolphin Hall) and his wife, I think from Spain. Excellent English. Boy about 16 keen on Linux and older son in 4th year at university. Parents are keen on gardening.
• Computer construction class has been extended till end of March.
• Gran going to a show with the Guild group tomorrow.
