Benmore visit to Tim Stead display of furniture
After taking Nancy for her provisions, we went out for lunch to Benmore and then to the display of Tim Stead's furniture over in the courtyard hall. We had been unaware that this was one of the sculptors/furniture makers that we had seen at Harestone, near Ancram. Most impressive. We sat on a chair used by the pope on his visit to Scotland.

Tomorrow we are going on a special walk out to Portavadie, where we are joining up with a group from Campbelltown. who will make their way up to Tarbert and cross on the ferry.
I still have not had the confidence to put the bike on the frame on the car!!!
I don't know if I mentioned the "Enterprise" Garden office, Dunster House log cabins. It uses hard foam (as distinct from poystyrene), coated both sides with aluminium foil, with exteriors of either plastic or polymer-coated steel. Just for interest! (Google if interested)
I've passed on the comments on the Artist's Guide to Vi, who will be seeing Ron today, since it is Tara's birthday and they are having a meal out.
Mum is planning a visit to the Dutch bulb fields in the Spring.
She also keeps reminding me of the extra seating space that Zoom aeroplanes are supposed to have - direct flights to Canada from Glasgow!
I've tried A-M's pens Zebra F-301 Ultra and they are quite comfortable but I still like the Dr Grip pen. Apparently refills of the Zebra are not easily available here.
