My New Bicycle
24 speed; big seat; pannier with tools, spare tyre and safety helmet; sprung forks; leverage arm on the handle bar for further adjustment. Our organist just does not like cycling and bought this on the advice of his doctor, but he would rather walk, so was quite glad to accept my offer (between£60 & £120!).
Mr Brechin, the dentist, Mrs Fleming, a music teacher at the school (she played the score for the latest play in the Queen's Hall),also the wife of Ian Fleming, Robert's friend who runs the restaurant at the Queen's Hall were killed in a motor boat accident at Tarbert, running at speed into dangerous rocks at the entrance. Mrs Fleming's sister lives next door to us (Mrs Blincow).
It will likely be reported in detail in The Observer.
