Today at the office

Started on a book by P K McBride (his website is at macbride@tcp.co.uk) notice Mc and Mac! His Noughts and Crosses program works well on the web page but I have spent hours typing it and correcting errors...even downloaded the web page for the game in html form and tried to load IT into the browsers...no luck. It loads OK but does not perform. Might be I should use Netscape or my pop-up blocker is working overtime.
What do you use, Alison, to upload photos?
We are tending to wonder about these old computers and if they are worth spending time on them ... some need special drivers for disk drive; might be better buying parts and putting things together!
Bike is now ready to go...new tyres and new inner tube. Brakes repaired. Rain will have to stop. I do have mud guards!
Printed out a card for Ruth with photo of the huge liner we saw from the Waverley.

Dad, I downloaded a free program called Hello.
http://www.hello.com/
It makes uploading photos easy, though you have to resize them before you click to send, if they are too large they won't post. I usually save them at 600 dpi wide. You should be able to resize them in your kodak program.
